Summary. Archaeological monitoring and recording took place at Little Waltham Primary School, The Street, Little Waltham, Essex during groundworks for the construction of a new school extension. Despite being located on the main Chelmsford-Braintree-Long Melford Roman road, there were no significant archaeological remains.
