Summary. An archaeological evaluation (four trial-trenches) was carried out on land south of School Road, Molehill Green, Takeley, Essex in advance of the construction of a new residential development of four pairs of semi-detached dwellings and associated groundworks. The evaluation revealed two modern pits and two modern linear features.
