Summary. Observation of groundworks was undertaken for a single-storey rear extension at 37 Gladwin Road, as the site lies in the midst of the locations of a number of Roman burials. Groundworks were monitors and there were no archaeological finds or features in either the foundation trenches or the soakaway.
